Our Team

Jo

Founder

With over 30 years of practical experience in the healthcare industry, Jo began her career as a mental health nurse working in and around Melbourne. Her extensive background has given her deep insights into supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and disabilities.

Passionate about fitness, she believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and mindset, which fuels her dedication to helping others lead fulfilling lives. Guided by her core philosophy—”treat people how you want to be treated”— Jo brings empathy and respect to every interaction, ensuring that each person receives the compassionate care they deserve.

Sophia

Area Manager

Sophia’s passion for helping others has developed over six years of diversified NDIS industry experience. Sophia brings compassion and lived experience to her role, which is complemented by a background in health science, nutrition, and health promotion.

Will

Kids' Social Group Team Leader

With a background in education, Will brings a wealth of experience to his role. Before joining Albury Disability Support, Will worked as a teacher’s aide, supporting children of all ages and disabilities to overcome their unique challenges. Will’s training and experience are an asset to our team, helping our younger participants progress in their skill development.

Ally

Kids' Social Group Team Leader

Ally’s passion for working with children comes from her own childhood growing up with her mum, is a paediatric OT, and she’s working towards following in her mum’s footsteps.

Monique

Psychosocial Team Leader

Monique has over 12 years of industry experience supporting individuals and families with significant trauma and mental health challenges across out of home care (OOHC) and therapeutic crisis intervention roles. Mon is a strong advocate for participants and families navigating both the NDIS and foster care system.
