Our Team

Jo

Founder

With over 30 years of practical experience in the healthcare industry, Jo began her career as a mental health nurse working in and around Melbourne. Her extensive background has given her deep insights into supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and disabilities.

Passionate about fitness, she believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and mindset, which fuels her dedication to helping others lead fulfilling lives. Guided by her core philosophy—”treat people how you want to be treated”— Jo brings empathy and respect to every interaction, ensuring that each person receives the compassionate care they deserve.

Sophia

Senior Regional Manager

As the Senior Regional Manager, Sophia oversees service delivery across Albury–Wodonga and surrounding areas. With experience across diversified settings in both Melbourne and the Albury–Wodonga region, she brings a broad and practical understanding of the NDIS landscape.

Sophia works closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health teams to ensure supports remain aligned with individual goals. With a background in Health Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion, and extensive experience in the NDIS sector, she provides oversight of medication management and clinical compliance while delivering holistic, person-centred supports, mentoring teams and maintaining high service standards across the region.

Ally

Kids' Social Group Team Leader

Ally is one of Albury Disability Support’s longest-serving team members and one of our first support workers. During that time, she has fostered a strong rapport with our younger participants. Ally’s passion for working with children comes from her own childhood growing up with her mum, is a paediatric OT, and she’s working towards following in her mum’s footsteps.

Supported by a Dedicated Team

Our management team is supported by a passionate and highly capable team of support workers who deliver day-to-day care across Albury and surrounding areas. Together, we work closely with participants, families and carers to ensure support is responsive and person-centred.
